a) Program Monitoring & Process Review: As your PMC, we act as a single point of contact for strategic planning, monitoring and periodic review and reporting on the status of your project. Our team identifies risks to the project timeline and provides remedial action advice to ensure timely and cost-effective completion.
b) Quality Management - Monitoring Quality at key project milestone. We embrace Total Quality Management principles and take responsibility for monitoring and maintaining quality standards during both development and construction. Our quality audit includes a review of design, specifications, testing-commissioning reports, statutory approvals and site walk-throughs to provide technical insights and recommendations for improvement.
c) Safety Management - Review & Audits - Safety is a right, not an option Our team ensures strict adherence to NBC guidelines, IS Code and best practices to keep all personnel safe and secure. Our safety audit measure compliance and conformance to safety standards with the goal of achieving zero accidents. We integrate safety into design, production and use. We conduct Environment, Health & Safety audits to identify risks and propose mitigating plans. Our safety measures include
- i. Site layout – For temporary services, easy access and exit, with proper parking, labour hutments, roads, fabrication yards, site offices, lightings, barricades and signage’s.
- ii. Adequate use of PPE & protected storage for weather sensitive materials/equipment’s.
